In-Lounge Pick up

Please allow 2 to 3 days for the processing of ALL online orders using the In-Lounge shipping option.  A valid photo ID is required to pick up all orders and a copy of the receipt of your order must be signed to confirm receipt of goods. 

Note: "Special order" items or "Restock items" may take longer than normal to process. Please read the description on all items before purchasing. 

The Process: OTH will notify you by email when your order has been processed and available for pick up. Customers must pick up all items within 7 days from the date in which they are notified, unless alternative arrangements has been made.  NO EXCEPTIONS. 

Failure to comply with our store's policy will result in the merchandise being returned back to the sales floor and the issuance of a 30-day store credit.
